Fred Shequine founded Business Technology Consulting in 1998 to help businesses meet their information system needs. Fred spent 12 years learning the trade at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland where he was a senior information systems and infrastructure project manager. Following this Fred took on the role of chief technology officer for a web based consumer services start-up in London. Following this he developed an international small business portal in France.

Fred has over 20 years of business, technology, information systems and interactive experience both in the US and internationally and brings strong experience to you.
